Six-pack abs are the number one desirable body parts of men and so naturally, everyone wants to find out how to sculpt well-defined, lean abdominal muscles as quickly as possible. Fortunately, we've cracked the code to six-pack abs, so as long as you follow some simple rules, you will be able to see your abs soon enough. For some awesome advice, check out Fight Shop's infograpchic below this post titled “How To Get A Six-Pack” for a foolproof strategy on how to get beach-ready abs.
When it comes to getting those much coveted six-pack abs, there are actually two things you must keep in mind to succeed. The first step of sculpting your dream six-pack stomach is of course focusing on resistance and moderate aerobic exercises. Unfortunately many people stop there. One of the most common mistakes I see people make is forgetting the second crucial element of building a six-pack stomach: having a nutrition-rich diet.
Fight Shop's infographic contains several useful tips and hints for you when it comes to a six-pack friendly diet. One of the most important piece of advice that I couldn't agree more with is the list of six-pack unfriendly foods that you should avoid. As a rule of thumb, processed meals and foods that contain sugar should be avoided altogether and as well as alcohol (excepting an occasional cheat day). On the other hand, it's important to eat protein-rich foods such as eggs, plain meat and fish. A nutritious diet helps your body build strong, lean muscle tissue while maintaining an ideal body-fat ratio.

As far as exercise goes, as the infographic also attests, you're best bet is to focus on high intensity interval training. We posted an article about HIIT a couple of days ago, so you can check it out for more information on that. As long as you make sure you have a nutritious, six-pack friendly diet and include a lot of resistance and aerobic exercises in your training, you should see a hint of definition soon enough. Just be patient and those six-packs will come eventually.
