When the gym is not accessible or convenient getting a workout in your room is paramount, especially if you travel. With mastery of biomechanics and some creativity you can challenge the body in a positive way using only your body weight. Most people make the mistake of focusing on the gym which is limiting and sometimes require additional time to drive to.
