3 Moves For Attention Grabbing Abs [video]

If you want beach-ready abs by this summer but without having to do an endless repetitions of crunches, then I've got your back. For some strange reason, crunches are considered the number one way to tone your abs. The first thing you should know is that both research and experience shows that over time crunching can do serious damage to your spine and hurt your posture. So today I want to share with you 3 moves by Marc Lobliner (Tiger Fitness) that will get you those attention grabbing abs that you want without hurting your lower back.

So if you're sick and tired of crunches, you should give core rows, what Marc calls twisting press and plank a shot. What's great about these moves is that they engage more muscles than crunches and put less strain on your lower back. According to Marc, these three moves provide more intensive core training than sit-ups which means faster results. And it's always a good idea to mix your training up with something new to keep it fun, right?

Out of these three moves, planking in particular is very popular nowadays. There is even a 30 day plank challenge that everybody seems to be posting about on social media. So if you haven't tried it before, you should definitely give Marc's one minute plank session a try. Who knows, maybe you'll be the next one among your friends to beat the plank challenge. Anyway, if you want beach-ready abs this summer, make sure you incorporate these 3 moves into your core training for best results.

  1. I love performing crunches for the abs to pop out but these moves are way more effective to flatten the stomach
